Changing the Price of an Order that Hasn't Yet Printed

If you haven't yet printed an order you can change any of the details before you do, so that they will be on the order when it is printed. To do this, you must use the system you used to raise the order in the first place, i.e. POGO or POGEN.

If You Raised the Order in POGO

Enter POGO, and make sure you are logged on as the right controller.

  1. Press F2 to complete the order and enter the first letter of the name of the vendor of the parts whose details you wish to change. If you get a choice of vendors (e.g. Harlow Pressings and High Speed Productions) enter in the number of the right one.
  2. Press F6 to Modify Requirements
  3. Press F2 change individual line items
  4. Enter the number(s) of the line(s) you wish to change
  5. Press [ENTER] on a blank field for anything you don't wish to change, and enter in the price when prompted
  6. Press F8, F8, F8 and [ENTER] to quit to the Purchasing Menu.

If You Raised the Order in POGEN

Before you start you need to know the order number for the part whose details you wish to alter. Go in to POGEN.
  1. Press F2 to Modify Orders
  2. Enter the order number
  3. Press Enter to confirm the details
  4. Press Enter again to get to the part details
  5. If this is the item you want, press [TAB] twice to get to the Unit Price box. Otherwise, press [ENTER] until you get to the item you do wan to change
  6. Enter the new price
  7. Press Enter to go on to the next item or F8 F8 F8 to get back to the main menu
