Finding How a Part is Used
It is possible to find out whether a part is a component part of
anything else by using the MM screen REVIEWWU. This stands
for "REView Where Used" and displays which parts or products the part
number specified is a component of. In simpler language, if a Surestore
6000 front panel assembly (the bezel, door, button etc all assembled up)
is entered to REVIEWWU then REVIEWWU will
return all the Surestore 6000 products that use that front panel
assembly. If the bexel part no. is entered, then REVIEWWU
will respond with the front panel assembly's part no.
From within MM, type in REVIEWWU on any of the menus (for example) and then type in the part or product number
concerned. A complete list of parts or products that contain the specified part
will be presented.
