Seeing Who a Controller Really Is

All controllers in charge of a commodity have a number which is often found on the system, e.g. when reviewing a part, or when placing a req. order. This number is somewhat impersonal, and often it is necessary to talk to that controller in order to solve a problem or raise a warning. In this event it is necessary to find out who a controller is. This can be done through MM.

From any MM menu screen type REVIEWCTLR. This will open a screen which has a prompt for the controller number to start listing details from. Enter the controller number and MM will present details of all the controllers starting at the number entered. Among the details will be the controller's name.
