Closing an Order

To close an order you must use Promis, and within Promis, POMAINT. Press // until you are at the first screen.

  1. Press 9 to enter POMAINT Order Review/Change
  2. Choose F2 - Order Review/Change
  3. Key in the number of the order you wish to close
  4. Press F2 for Change Item. If there is only one item you can skip the next step
  5. Choose which item on the order you wish to close
  6. Press F7 to close the order and accept the close
  7. Press F8 until you return to the Promis main menu
